My first real painting I've finished this year! I'm so darn proud of myself! Not really, but I do like it. The base is sprayed watercolor and watercolor pencils, then I went in with some acrylic. Watercolors are still new to me at this point but I like the results. :)

A lovely, haunting image. The colors are gentle but still rich in a subdued way. The negative/positive effect of the angular tree shapes -- dark on the left, bright on the right -- add interest across the background, and also contrast with the mostly curvy shapes in the rest of the picture. Nice work; thanks for sharing it.
